What are the three factions in WARDOGS?

LONESTAR, VALKYRA and MANTICORE are the three sides fighting for the Control Zone. Their published identities differ; all participate in the same three-team objective.

Which faction is best for beginners?

Join your friends, or choose the identity you prefer if playing alone. No published faction damage or price bonus establishes a strongest starting team. Familiar-looking equipment in artwork does not prove exclusive access.

Can you play together in a large squad?

BULKHEAD’s Top Questions announcement describes unlimited squad sizes. It also names additional UI, communication tools and vehicle locking as benefits of grouping up. Arrange the squad before buying overlapping specialist equipment.

Check the current server and team options when joining. A squad feature does not guarantee that a full server always has space for everyone on a preferred side.

Do factions have exclusive weapons or vehicles?

Do not infer access from the faction’s background. No reviewed official faction description provides a complete exclusivity list. The community catalog contains some faction-labeled vehicle records, but that is not a rule saying every item is shared or locked.

Check the actual purchase menu for the item and current faction. Use the database to identify it and progression to separate rank requirements from purchase costs.

What are the factions fighting over?

The official setting centers on Kolchia and the resource PV-1. That background explains the conflict; the match is won by occupying the Control Zone and reaching 100 points.

Read the mode guide for the rules. Whichever side you choose, watch both enemy approaches and keep enough teammates contributing inside the boundary.
